Currently, Aerogogo has set up overseas warehouse services in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. All customer orders are allocated to our global logistics platform for inventory distribution on the following day.
Orders are automatically assigned to the nearest warehouse for delivery. In
cases where there is sufficient stock, we guarantee to deliver the goods to customers within 1-2 weeks. However, the receipt time of orders may vary due to the specific circumstances and customs clearance times of each country. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to send your order number to service@aerogogo.com, and our customer support team will reply within
2-3 business days.
Order Processing Time: 2-3 working days.
Tracking Number Generation Time: Within 5 working days after the order has been processed.
Order Delivery Time: 1~2 weeks for arrival.
Note: If an item from an order is out of stock, resulting in the need for inventory reallocation to orders, an extended delivery time may occur.
Attention: Due to different regulatory measures for importing goods into the customs territories of various countries, additional documents may be required for customs clearance. Our customer support will contact customers via email to request relevant materials, and this process time will not be included in the order delivery time.

The following solutions are provided for customers seeking a refund or return
(applicable only for purchases from the official store. For return policies on other platforms such as Indiegogo or Amazon, please adhere to the specific platform's policy).
- **Refund Requests Before Order Tracking Number is Generated:** If a customer requests a refund before the order's tracking number is generated, we will approve the refund request within 12 hours.
The refund will be credited back to the payment card used for the order. The
actual time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary by bank, so please consult your card issuer for specifics.
- **Returns and Refunds After Order Tracking Number is Generated:** If you wish to return a product due to purchasing the wrong item or changing your mind after the order tracking number is generated, please contact us via email. To expedite the return and refund process, please send an email to service@aerogogo.com with the subject line "Order Number + Quality Issue or Non-Quality Issue". If it's a quality issue, please include a video showing the product defect. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep all product packaging and accessories intact until we get in touch with you. Our after-sales team will contact you via email within 24
hours.
- **Warranty Service:** We offer a lifetime warranty for all product pumps and a 6-month to 3- year warranty for other parts of inflatable products, depending on the specific item. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
