All orders you purchase on BEAVERLAB may be returned unused
for any reason for a full refund within 30 days from the date of order delivery. The time of delivery is subject to the logistics tracking information. Shipping charges are not refundable after shipment.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
BEAVERLAB will not cover shipping costs for non-quality returns.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

RETURNS
>>After receiving the return confirmation from BEAVERLAB, the buyer will be given the return address and will need to return the item to the specified address and then send the tracking slip number to support@beaverlabtech.com so that we can track it and check the order.

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipts for the returning package within 7 days from the Return&Exchange approval date. Otherwise, your return request will be voided. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us (support@beaverlabtech.com) to cancel or change your order; you can cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped.
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leave the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
Why do ripples flash when zoomed in?
This phenomenon is called "moiré", which is caused by signal transmission. It is the same as the display screen and TV screen. The larger the magnification, the larger and more obvious the moiré, which is a normal phenomenon.
