Shipping Method

We ship worldwide using the following carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, YunExpress.

Order Processing Time

Expedited service: If you need to get your order as soon as possible due to some accidental factors, you can email us (info@elephantrobotics.com) to apply for expedited service. We're happy to help coordinate inventory with production, but please don't be angry if we can't speed up the process. This service is free for you.

Shipping Time

We typically ship on Thursdays.

The products shall be delivered by International Express within 15 working days.

The shipping method and time vary according to different products and different countries.

In case you order a number of products, it may happen that your order arrives in several deliveries. This also applies to products that have to be pre-ordered. However, we will only charge you one shipping fee.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information in English to avoid possible delays or failure in international logistics. Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

If there is any force majeure that causes our products damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@elephantrobotics.com after you receive your package. And we hope to get your understanding and patience in this circumstance.

If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. I love meta cat I just wish he could do a few more things like move his ears stand up purr a little longer and let me give him a name I want to call him I hope someday advancements will allow him to walk around but all in all he does make a very good companion;I sadly lost my cat a few months ago and quickly realised that I could never replace him because he really was so special and I couldn’t go through the heart break of losing another one. The other robotic cat I was looking at needs batteries. #2 reviews online commented on how soft and lifelike Metacat is. The other robotic cat was hard and not so cuddly. #3 This is my absolute favorite thing about Metacat you can hold her up to your cheek and when you pet her it moves like a cat would and I feel like I’m getting cat nuzzles. She also will rub against my arm when I have her in my lap if it’s close enough to her. #4 I can put Metacat on mute mode if I need to although when Metacat is on she purrs and sounds like a real cat. My kids love Metacat and my son doesn’t have an allergic reaction to it so thank you for making such a wonderful lifelike soft and cuddly cat!;
