After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and after your order has shipped, you will receive another email.

The second will contain tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package.

Processing time may take 14 business days.
The time it takes to prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing them for shipping.


SHIPPING TIME


All items sold by MATION are guaranteed to ship within 35 days. All orders from the US, Asia, EU, UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia are guaranteed to arrive within 14 days of dispatch.
If you do not receive your item after this time, you will be eligible for a full refund after we conduct a postal survey.
